1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and The Fuse Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Rezzy (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rezzy is an AI-powered platform that helps job seekers create, tailor, and optimize resumes and cover letters. The Service includes resume and cover letter generation from uploaded documents or profile data, AI-driven document scoring and feedback, an AI chat assistant for iterating on resumes, and related tools designed to improve your job application materials.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access most features you must create an account using an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. User Content

"User Content" means any data you provide to the Service, including profile information, uploaded PDFs, job descriptions, and any text you enter into forms or the AI chat. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Generated Output

"Generated Output" means any resumes, cover letters, scores, feedback, or other materials the Service produces for you. You own the Generated Output and may use it for any lawful purpose. We do not claim ownership of Generated Output. However, because AI-generated content may be similar across users, we cannot guarantee that Generated Output is unique to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in resumes or cover letters with the intent to deceive employers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying models of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service except through our published APIs.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any portion of it without our prior written consent.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Rezzy offers a free trial with limited document generations and a paid Pro plan with expanded features. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Generated Output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing all Generated Output before using it in job applications or any other context.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Fuse Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fuse Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Upon deletion we will remove your profile, resumes, cover letters, and trial data, and cancel any active subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms you should stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Fuse Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
